Description of Photographs:
All photographs are created in the tradition of straight photography. There is no use of computers or multiple imagery in the landscape and seascape work. There is no print or negative enhancement such as bleaching or intensification. All negatives are large format (8 x 10 inch) or medium format.
Print Process:
Each gelatin silver print is made by Bob Kolbrener on fiber based paper using traditional tray processing. All prints are processed to archival standards and selenium toned for long-term stability. After processing, each print is washed, dried, and inspected before mounting.
Mounting and Presentation:
Prints are mounted and overmatted on 100% sulfur free, museum quality board. Standard presentation sizes vary by image. Many landscape prints are available up to 40 x 50 inches. Special Edition photographs (see the Special Edition page) are offered in 8 x 10 and 11 x 14 inch formats.
Editions:
Landscape and seascape photographs are issued in limited editions of 49 or 50. Each print is numbered and signed on the reverse by Bob Kolbrener. Tradigital AutoGraphs are limited editions of 10 pigment prints, flush mounted to 3 mm Dibond.
